Return & Refund Policy – Healing Elixir
Due to the nature of our products (herbal and consumable items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, a replacement or refund will be provided only if:
• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong item
Conditions:
• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory for verification
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 working days.
